Reaching Conference Venue (TU Wien)

To get to the conference venue directly from the hotel or the train station, it is best to use Vienna's public transport. It is very well developed and easy to access, so the trip to the conference is going to be a lot easier.

Reach Vienna by Train

There are excellent train connections to Vienna from all over Europe. The Central Railway Station is located in the south part of Vienna, from where you can reach the ETFA venue in about 5 min. per metro.

From Vienna Airport to City Centre

The Airport Schwechat is located around 20 km from the city centre of Vienna.

  • The fastest link to the city centre - non-stop from/to Wien-Mitte station in 16 minutes! Tickets for the City Airport Train can be purchased online or directly at the counter in the arrivals hall. The ticket price starts at 12.00 €.
  • Travel from/to Wien-Mitte by rapid transit railway (S-Bahn) in 25 minutes. A single tickets starts at 4.10 €.
